Vegeterian Omelette | Tasty Gram flour Chilla



Have you ever wished to have a picture perfect breakfast consisting of omelettes and bread toasts but being a vegetarian you can't eat eggs? No worries, here's a good alternative to the egg omelette, fluffy gram flour chillas. Enjoy it with canned beans and bread slices.

Ingredients:

● 1 cup gram flour | Besan
● 2 tbsp maida
● 1/2 tsp baking powder
● Finely chopped onions
● Finely chopped chillies
● Chopped coriander leaves
● Water for batter
● Oil

Method:

● Mix all the ingredients and make a thin batter.
● Brush the griddle with some oil and pour some batter over it. 
● Cook it on low flame for 3-4 min. Cover and cook if it remains uncooked.
● Serve it with phudina chutney and tomato ketchup.
