Ingredients:
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1 cup finely chopped french beans
- 1 cup finely chopped spring onion greens
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp chilly paste
- oil for sauteing
- water as needed
- 2-3 tsp Pepper powder

- 1 lemon or 1 tbsp vinegar
- 100 gm. cubed paneer
Method:
1. Saute onion & ginger garlic paste for a minute.
2. Add cabbage and carrots. Add green chilly paste and saute till vegetables turn soft.
3. Add water according to the desired quantity of soup.
4. Add salt and pepper. Boil till soup starts bubbling.
5. Add cubed paneer/tofu and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
