Baked Maggi

Maggi is heartbeat of many people. It can be enjoyed as breakfast/brunch/meal/snacks. For teenagers, it is a tummy filling pocket friendly meal. I like experimenting and innovating new dishes out if this wonderful Maggi. So after Maggi Lasagna, here's my another baked dish using Maggi noodles. 



Key appliances/utensils used: Oven, Baking tray

Ingredients:
  • 1 double packet cooked Maggi
  • 1.5 cup red sauce (click here for the recipe)
  • 1.5 cup white sauce (click here for the recipe)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bowl butter tossed mix vegetables (click here for the recipe)
Method:
  1. Pre-heat oven @ 180℃
  2. In a baking tray, layer as given below
    1. Maggi
    2. White sauce
    3. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
    4. Butter tossed vegetables
    5. Maggi
    6. Red sauce
    7. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  3. Transfer the tray to pre-heated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
