Gravy Manchurian

Gravy Manchurian

Ingredients:
  • 1 bowl Manchurian balls (click here for recipe)
  • 1 cup cubed capsicum
  • 1 cup cubed onions
  • 3-4 pods minced garlic
  • 1” grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Spring onion greens for garnishing
  • 2 tbsp oil

Method:
  1. Mix corn flour in 1 cup water. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Put onions, garlic and ginger. Saute till onions turn translucent.
  4. Add capsicum and again saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and saute for 30 seconds.
  6. Add water to this. Preferably 600 ml water will be enough for 1 bowl Manchurian. Add more if more gravy is required.
  7. Add #namakswadanusar , pepper powder, chilly sauce and mix well.
  8. Add manchurian balls and stir for 1 minute. This will allow soup to soften the Manchurian balls.
  9. Stir corn flour mixture and add to this. Cook till gravy thickens.
  10. Garnish it with spring onion greens.

Serving suggestions: Serve it with regular steamed rice or fried rice.
